Two Coaching Calls: We’ll meet twice during the month to dive deeper into your nutrition, discuss progress, and address any challenges or questions you have along the way.

In my experience, my clients see the best results after working with me for at least 2 sessions. This gives us plenty of time to explore sustainable nutrition approaches along with habit change. However, I want my clients to receive help for as long as they feel they need it, without a timeline predetermined for them.

Yes! I accept payment plans! Nutrition is a long-term investment in your health, and I want it to feel like it fits within your budget. Payment plans are interest-free. Reach out if you’d like to discuss which plan would be best for you.
I am currently not accepting insurance. In some cases, you can use your HSA to pay invoices, or seek insurance reimbursement by submitting a Superbill after working together.
